IS GREEKS SERVING TOGETHER AFFLIATED WITH ANY OF THE ORGANIZATIONS?

The owner is a proud D9 member and military veteran. 

ARE THE DESIGNS ORGINAL?

Yes, all of the designs are the original creations of Greeks Serving Together. Designs are crafted with high regards for both (Greek and Military) organizations. 

 

DO YOU HAVE GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE?

At this time, we do not have cards available. We plan to have them in the near future. 

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DOES GREEKS SERVING TOGETHER ACCEPT?

We currently accept credit card payments which we process through Shopify own payment processing system. 

ARE MY PERSONAL DETAILS KEPT SAFE WITH GREEKS SERVING TOGETHER?

Greeks Serving Together respects and understands the importance of your personal information. This is why we only work with reputable and trusted companies who take every precaution to keep your information safe.

THE PRODUCT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK

Please occasionally check back to see if any have popped back into stock. There may also be re-prints of your chosen design, so please sign up to the newsletter if you'd like to stay in the loop.  

DOES THE GREEKS SERVING TOGETHER WHOLESALE?

At this time, no. We are still very new, and currently working out the kinks of running a small business!

SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

All of your orders are packed with love & care and are shipped from Greeks Serving Together HQ in Largo, Maryland. 


Please keep in mind we are a small team and pack orders as quickly as we can! During busier times you may have to wait a little longer, but we appreciate your patience and support.

Prices will vary depending on your shipping state and the contents of your order. For accurate shipping prices, please initiate the checkout process.  

 

ORDERS

Once you have placed you order you will receive an order confirmation via the email you supplied during the checkout process. If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please send us an email.

We always aim to pack your parcels asap and will send you a shipping confirmation along with your tracking information as soon as it's ready!

- All parcels are sent come with tracking
- Shipping times can vary for remote & rural locations  

    Please note that Express Shipping does not mean your parcel has priority packing. Your order will be packed in the order that it was placed.
    *The entering of discount codes are the customers responsibility and discount cannot be applied once an order has been processed. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

    At this time, we do not ship international orders.

    We go to great lengths to make sure all your goodies are packed with lots of thought and care!
     
    Your items are just as important to us as they are to you. 

    ECO FRIENDLY POLICY & PACKAGING

    Sustainability and being environmentally friendly is an absolute huge priority for us. Although we may not be absolutely perfect, we put a lot of thought and effort into making sure we do our best to help our beautiful planet. 

    Please see a list of our efforts below. 

    - 100% biodegradable packing peanuts used in orders -
    - Packing boxes made from recycled material -
    - All bubble wrap is reused & repurposed from our stock ordering -
    - Any gift wrapping or wrapping is done with Kraft/recyclable paper - 
    - Using recycled paper for printing -
    - We don't print invoices and include minimal printing in our orders - 
    - Any new plastics used are minimal, and only are used out of necessity for the protection of items - 
    - We take ALL of our soft plastics and push them for recycling 

    Even as a small business, the responsibility to be environmentally friendly is still ours and our eco-friendly mindset is also applied within our home & workspace. 

    RETURNS 

    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! We do not offer returns just exchanges (applicable on selected select items). From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to complete the exchange process. So, if you have changed your mind or if you aren't satisfied with your product, please contact us so we can organize an exchange for you. For a smooth exchange process, please read below. 

    TERMS

    - The process must be initiated and shipped to us within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
    Item/s must still have original packaging 
    - Item/s must be in original condition and unused condition
    - The item/s must firstly be approved for exchanged by us via the exchanged
     form

    NON-EXCHANGABLE ITEMS

    - Free gifts or promotional items
    - Sale/Discounted items
    - Gift Cards

    HOW TO EXCHANGE

    1. Please send us an email with your order number, item/s you're exchanging and your reason for exchange. 
    2. Once you have received an exchange confirmation email from us, please package your goods very delicately. You do not have to use the original shipping box, but if the item came in any branded packaging it must be included and still be in original condition. 
    3. Please label your parcel very clearly with the address below:

    4. Post the return at your local post office or via a trusted courier service (We do not cover exchange shipping costs).

    5. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable.
    6. Once we have received your parcel, we will send you an email notifying you of its arrival. 

    FAULTY ITEMS

    First of all, we are SO sorry for any disappointment caused. Whether the item has faults or has arrived broken, we are truly sorry. Please send us an email with all the details so we can help you with your order asap. Please take photos of the item/s and packaging so you can send it to us when we reply to you. We thank you for your patience ♥

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GOES MISSING?

    If your order has not arrived by its due date and you have read our shipping updates, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Each courier company have their own investigation processes and we work closely with them to locate, replace or refund your order to the best of our ability. 

    Please note if a customer enters the wrong shipping address and the parcel is declared as lost, we are unable to refund your order or shipping costs.
